He seems to be inconsistent. Either he wants to start a relationship or he doesn’t. The time for playing games is over. There is a real man that will be upfront with you and not string you along. Leave him alone and he will see how serious you are about relationship. He will either leave you alone or come after you wholeheartedly. Men are hunters, they gave after what they want. If he is not hunting you down, he does not really want you. He want to still play.
