Disagreement argument

We had a disagreement and now he’s not talking to me his birthday is tomorrow and I called and text him so many times and haven’t read my texts either he’s watching my snaps, the argument was stupid about the riots going on with George Floyd situation and I said some stuff to him and guess hurt him. What to do I won’t keep nagging him I do not want to force myself I’m not that I had a whole surprise birthday dinner home for him as well, ordered a cake as well I’m confused now like should I wait to see him he shows up or what he did said before the argument he was going to come over. Help!
