Does a guy like you if he annoys you/teases you then giggles at you?

I liked this guy for a few months now, I don’t know if he likes me or not, but he does some signs that does indicate attraction, such as: Him staring at me and then when I look at him he looks away, awkwardly says “hi” when I say “hi” to him first,him teasing me and 3 weeks ago he kept on flicking something at me and giggling at me. So can you please decipher these signs.😀 Thanks.
