Does he dislike me?

I have a crush on this male colleague. I realise we have an unexplainable awkward relationship. Recently, we always get paired together in a same station so we have to interact with each other. So I thought he is okay and comfortable with me now since we talk to each other from time to time, although just a small talk. Before he smiled to me when he saw me. But now… every time I come to work, I smile at him and he didn’t reply my smile and just look at me with serious face. He does that more than twice. There was that one time, he accidentally hurted me but he didn’t even say sorry and just looked at me. Also, he never says good bye before he go home but nowadays he make sure to walk past me and bid farewell but he do it with cold tone. I wonder if he dislike me?
