Does he like me?

Hello. I started to have a crush on this guy from college ( we study together in dentistry school) and eventually I told him about it and we started to get together. But the thing is I like him a lot and I don’t seem to know if he likes me back. When we first started getting together he was so caring about us and how our “relantionship” was gonna work but now he doesn’t seem to care about me at all. I don’t see any effort coming of him to talk to me,to see me or even to kiss me which is basically what we agreed to do. Whenever he has the chance to come and talk to me in private he just rathers go with his friends and follow their asses around as well as he hugs and kisses his girlfriends in front of me like I am not even there and it just makes me wanna cry so badly. I don’t know why he is doing this to me. If he doens’t want me he should just say it and stop talking to me, because he is hurting my feelings so badly!
