Does he like me or what is going on?

I work with this guy his my manager he knows I like him and we have had sex but doesn’t go beyond that. His hot and cold and I don’t really know if he likes me or just using me for sex. Like when I’m upset with him he doesn’t like it and try to justify it and stuff. I’m not good with talking face to face. So can you help me make sense of this situation

So In other words he wants sex without the relationship.

If you want relationship with him .you need to stop giving him sex until he decides that he wants a relationship with you.

But it’s OK if you just enjoy the sexWithout the relationship.
