Hiding/cheating.

I’ve been with my girlfriend for some years. I have cheated many times and told her each time I did it. She cheated but hid it and I had to go through her phone and talk to the guys she had intercourses with. She has hid many things from me. She lives in Atlanta I stay in California. She’s supposed to be in college until she comes back. We almost died recently in our home from carbon Monoxide poisonings. We got baptized before that. Why does she hide so much from me still why after almost dying together she still lies to me I’m logged into her social media and she does not know. What should I do this hurts because we are so close I’m not cheating or anything. I even saw recently she looked up a guy I caught her with out there .
