Is she playing hard to get, or not interested???

I have just started (3months ago), on university, and there is this cute girl, whos been looking at me alot, and so did I too her. We often get eyecontact, and we have spoken a bit during a party. I would not say i have spoken alot, but a bit, like she have beeen talking more to the orther boys in the class.
BUT
there is this thing, she keep looks at me, but sometimes talks with orther boys infront at me, and if i look at her, she will look if i see her, DOES this mean she is playing hard to get, or is she just not intereseted? Iknow i can figure this out by talking to her, but i wanna know.

My ques is, if a girl talks to orther boys(your friends), in front of you, but never you, is this a sign of hard to get, or just not interested?
