Long eye contact

I had this exp when this guy i likejust looked at me ..he really stares at me with a serious face and not smiling. He done this twice and i kept thinking about it..i dont know if he is angry or what 🙁 we just had small talk like hi and hello and thats it but that stares really bothers me. I was smiling at him but he just looked at me like that. He didnt even blink or looked down he just looked at me straight in the eyes.

I dont know what up with him . Or he just dont like me? Sorry for bothering you im just really curious on that kind of behavior 🙁
