She aborted my baby

So I been with this girl for almost a year . Her male friends called her bae which I was not okay with when I told u she said it meant nothing . few months later found out she pregnant, I asked her to take a pregnancy test but instead she told me she just put the stick in water so it would be negative , claiming she did not want to take it in the first place . Next day she went to planned period hood , and said she was pregnant, I asked her to show me the results . That same day she did , but had already started the abortion process without us talking about it first . So I feel broken but I love her so much and don’t know what to do :(. And now she has a girl friend of hers who is pregnant but her girlfriend is pregnant for her ex boyfriend brother, and she wants to go to the baby shower and gender reveal but I don’t feel comfortable with her being around her ex and his family. And especially after what happen between us with the baby . I don’t know what to do .
