She's Playing Hard to Get

She’s 19. I’m 23. She started showing interest in me. And she began to develop feelings for me. Not long. I began developing feelings for her too. When she talks to me she gets so visibly nervous. We converse from time to time. Later on though, she gets OK with me today and tomorrow she gets cold. This circle continued for sometime. As a result, I decided to start ignoring her. When she gives me greetings, I don’t answer her. I now even avoid her totally. However, I still love her so much, though I didn’t tell her that from the beginning and till now. And I believe she has feelings for me too. But why does she play hard to get on someone she has feelings for? What should I do?
